the services you select are reserved for you, so to cancel without charge please give us 24 hours notice.  a credit card will be required when booking spa, bridal and special event packages. should you arrive late, your service may be modified to maximize the remaining time without compromising the next reservation. to ensure your scheduling needs are met, we recommend that you book your next reservation prior to leaving E.  please let us know of any special needs or concerns.  as a courtesy to you, we will confirm your reservation in advance. prices are subject to change without notice. products may be returned for store credit or exchange only.  gift cards are non-refundable.payment may be made by AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, cash, or gift card.please ask us about our referral incentives, guest rewards, memberships, and  pure privilege program.
